CONFIDENTIAL INTRODUCTORY CALL
Discuss a supplier or production decision
Criteron does not replace your sourcing agent, procurement team, factory visits, inspections, or compliance testing. It provides an independent buyer-side perspective when a supplier or production decision needs to be weighed before a significant commitment is made.
Share the decision you are facing, the stage of the work, and the practical consequence if it goes wrong.
Please do not send confidential drawings, supplier files, customer information, or other sensitive materials through this form. If a discussion is appropriate, a secure method for sharing relevant information can be agreed separately.
Questions Before You Commit
What is a Supplier Decision Review?
A Supplier Decision Review is an independent buyer-side assessment of whether the available evidence supports proceeding with a particular Mainland China supplier for a specific product and commercial commitment. It considers the supplier’s claims, available documents, samples, factory information, quality evidence, commercial terms, and the buyer’s practical requirements.
Is this the same as a factory audit or pre-shipment inspection?
No. An audit or inspection can provide useful evidence, but it does not by itself determine whether a supplier is suitable for your product, commitment level, target market, and commercial risk. The review helps interpret available evidence and identify what still needs to be resolved before a decision is made.
Does Criteron act as a sourcing agent or take supplier commissions?
No. The service is designed to provide independent buyer-side decision support. It is not a sourcing-agent arrangement, and recommendations are not based on supplier commissions.
Can the review guarantee that a supplier or production outcome will be successful?
No. A review cannot guarantee a supplier, production result, product performance, compliance outcome, delivery result, or market outcome. Its purpose is to improve the quality of the buyer’s commercial decision using the evidence available at the time.
What should I send before an introductory call?
For the initial inquiry, provide only a brief, non-confidential outline of the decision you are considering, your product category, approximate timing, and the main concern. Do not send product drawings, supplier confidential information, customer data, purchase files, or other sensitive materials through the website form.
Who is this service for?
The service is intended for U.S.-facing consumer-product brands and importers sourcing from Mainland China who need an independent perspective before deposits, tooling, pilot orders, or larger production commitments.
